Privacy:


This site is owned and operated by Williamsport Barber Supply and The Stephan Company.


We only collect information entered into our shopping cart by our on-line customers. We do not attempt to collect personal information from our website users in any other way.


We collect the following information in our shopping cart:


   Customer name
   E-mail address and phone number
   Shipping and billing address 
   Items purchased, sales tax and shipping charges
   Any optional feedback and comments you may wish to provide


We use your e-mail address to keep you informed on the status of your order. We request your phone number in case we encounter problems processing your order - we will not normally call you. Your feedback and comments are optional. All other information collected is needed to process your shopping transaction.


We use a temporary cookie stored on your computer to accumulate the contents of your shopping cart. This cookie is removed from your computer when you checkout or terminate your on-line session. We do not attempt to permanently store any information on your computer system.


We consider all information provided to us by our customers to be both private and confidential.  We will not provide this information to third parties without your expressed permission.


We will however, cooperate fully with Law Enforcement, US Government, or similar agencies who can demonstrate a clear legal requirement on our part to disclose information.

Security:


Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.


Shipping:


No shipping or handling charges on orders of $85.00 or more (except Alaska and Hawaii). Add $12.00 to orders under $85.00 to cover shipping and handling. There is a $11.00 C.O.D. charge on all C.O.D. orders over $85 and $23.00 charge for orders under $85.


New UPS Policy:


On Freight Collect Refusals, a $12.00 processing fee will be added to a receiver refused order.


Return Policy (Other than Repairs):


UNPACK WITH CARE!These goods were carefully checked when packed. Most claims for shortage arise from the fact articles are left in the boxes or thrown out with packing material. Check contents carefully. If a shipment was received in damaged condition, be sure to make notation on delivering Shippers receipt, otherwise claims may be refused. Notify Shipper immediately regarding concealed damage or pilferage and hold entire shipment intact for inspection or instruction from Shippers agent. If you need to return any item, we need the following information: Original Invoice Number and date when item was purchased and advise us as to whether you would like store credit, replacement or refund. Please be sure to enclose a packing list showing your name, address, and a list of what you are returning. All returns must be sent to us prepaid.


WE WILL ACCEPT ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US THAT IS IN NEW, RESALEABLE CONDITION. HOWEVER, ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. A RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. SHIPPING CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS REQUESTED, IF NOT REQUESTED A STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED.

Limited Warranty:


Read your instructions before using your new product. ALL WAHL, ANDIS, and OSTER products are warranted for (1) one year free from defects at time of purchase. Repairs or replacement free of charge will be made only if item has not been abused or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service center. The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts.


IF YOUR PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED OR SERVICED, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Pack product securely.
2) Include a note describing the defect, original date of purchase and invoice number.
3) Mail prepaid, attention Repair Department, to one of the following locations:

We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors (pricing, sizes or products). Prices are subject to increase without notice due to manufacturer’s pricing increases. We appreciate your understanding in this situation and would like to thank you for your business.
